Onlife Health and HealthTrust Co-Hosting Session at 2019 Health Benefits Conference & Expo
Brentwood, Tenn., January 29, 2019—Onlife Health, a national company with 22 years of expertise in delivering comprehensive wellness engagement solutions, and HealthTrust, a non-profit provider of high quality, cost-effective benefit plans to public sector employees and their families in New Hampshire, are today co-hosting a session at the Health Benefits Conference & Expo (HBCE) in Clearwater, Florida.
Entitled “Driving Greater Engagement through Personalization,” the session will discuss how a wellness programs can harness the power of personalization at many levels – from an individual’s clinical needs and their social determinants of health, to using personas to deliver content and programming that is more relevant for each member.
The session will also discuss how advanced analytic techniques can personalize the member experience to drive results and how personalization will continue to evolve in the future through machine-learning techniques, artificial intelligence, and increased understanding and utilization of data on social determinants of health.
Catherine Bass, M.S., Ph.D., director of informatics at Onlife Health, and Scott Weden, benefits and wellness manager at HealthTrust, will be the two featured speakers. Leigh Ann Ruggles, vice president, chief revenue officer at Onlife Health, will serve as moderator. Since 2007, Onlife Health has partnered with HealthTrust to provide wellness programs and health-promotion services to member-group employees, retirees, spouses and eligible dependents.
