Mark is the CEO at GuideWell Venture Group, a family of forward-thinking companies, which includes Onlife Health, GuideWell Connect and PopHealthCare, who are all focused on transforming health care. With 30 years in the health care industry, Mark has served organizations with employee healthcare initiatives, built mobile and digital assets for remote monitoring, and worked with numerous consumer tools for health, wellness, and disease management. His expertise includes leading multiple executive teams in developing innovative ways to leverage product and infrastructure integration, create efficiencies and improve outcomes for clients while also growing the business. Prior to his role at Guidewell Connect, Mark led the team at Onlife Health as President and CEO and led the sale of Onlife Health to Guidewell Connect in February 2019. Before joining Onlife Health, Mark held a number of senior executive roles at companies such as Healthways, AMC Health, Verizon Enterprise Solutions and was part of the leadership team that sold HealthFitness to Trustmark Insurance. He has been involved in several buy-side transactions as well as three sell-side deals. Mark has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Muskingum College and an MBA degree from State University of New York at Buffalo.
With more than 20 years of experience in sales, client management, marketing and product strategy, Leigh Ann is responsible for growth and client success across the GuideWell Venture Group companies including Onlife Health, PopHealthCare | Emcara Health and GuideWell Connect. Leigh Ann has previously held executive business development positions with multiple healthcare companies. At MDLIVE, she led the sales and client success teams. At Verizon, Leigh Ann headed market strategy and revenue generation for Mobile Health Solution Division Products. And at Healthways, she led sales strategy for a number of different channel partners. A graduate of Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology, Leigh Ann serves on a number of local non-profit boards.
Nichole is responsible for the implementation of new strategic partnerships and the operational success of existing clients. Since joining Onlife in 2007, Nichole has served in a number of critical roles, including clinical management, call center operations, sales, and account management. With more than 15 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, Nichole started her career as a clinical dietitian, gaining experience in a variety of settings, including independent clinical trial centers, hospitals and public health clinics. A Registered Dietitian with a strong clinical background and passion for the health and wellness field, Nichole has a B.S. in dietetics from Central Michigan University and a M.Ed. from Grand Valley State University. She completed her dietetic internship at the University of Michigan.
As the Senior Director, Engagment Center, Donnovan’s focus is on developing various strategies to support key initiatives to enhance the member experience. Donnovan has 15 years + of managing, developing strategies, technology enhancements and developing and implementing process improvements for call centers, contact centers, support centers and service centers on a global basis for over 18 different contact center types with Fortune 100 companies such as AIG, Allstate, and John Deere Health Care. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Health from the University of Tennessee Knoxville and is a graduate of The Management Institute (Roanoke College). Donnovan serves on the Boards of Richfield Living (Clinical, Executive, & Finance Committees), University of Tennessee Knoxville College of Education, Health, & Human Sciences, and the United Way Of Lake County, IL (211 Task Force & Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion).
Kevin oversees Onlife’s global operations, including information technology, engagement services, software development, member services, health coaching, business operations and technology services. With his in-depth background in building and growing technology focused companies, Kevin adds both depth and expertise to Onlife’s leadership team. Prior to joining Onlife in 2015, he was co-founder and chief technology officer of Callibrain, an employee engagement and social collaboration platform. He has held leadership and engineering roles at Juris (now LexisNexis) and PureSafety (now Underwriters Laboratories), and holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee.
Sebastian currently leads the IT operations and information security functions at Onlife. Since joining the organization, he has served as director of client services and change control as well as director of infrastructure. With a diverse IT and leadership background, Sebastian has led the organization through multiple strategic IT and security initiatives, including HITRUST CSF certification. Prior to joining Onlife, Sebastian held various technical and leadership roles at UL, LLC, in the Workplace Health and Safety business unit. Sebastian holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Information Technology Management from Western Governors University.
With nearly 20 years in the well-being industry, Abbey leads Onlife’s team of product managers, product owners and content managers in the strategic planning, execution and on-time delivery of engaging product solutions. Abbey oversees the analysis, design, testing, implementation and ongoing management initiatives for both web and mobile consumer applications. Her team collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuous delivery of the most innovative products to the market. As an experienced product strategist in healthcare technology, Abbey has extensive experience developing integrated health solutions and product roadmaps for existing and new product solutions such as total population health management, Medicare Advantage, 508/WCAG 2.1compliance, well-being programs and multichannel communications.
In his position, Glenn identifies, cultivates, manages and supports strategic partnerships with health plans, employers and major benefit consulting firms nationwide in the health and wellness market for both Onlife Health and our parent company, GuideWell Connect. During his 33-year career, Glenn has created and led teams involved in business and product development, account management, growth operations, research, reporting and contracting. Before joining Onlife, he served as vice president of business development for HealthFitness, where he defined and led a health plan and aggregator market strategy that established partnerships with leading BCBS plans, regional plans and other employers aggregators. Prior to that, Glenn served in various client growth and strategic account leadership roles at IncentOne, WebMD, OPTUM and in the pharmaceutical industry.
Greg serves as the leader of the Enterprise Solutions team at Onlife Health. He provides strategic and operational oversight for software engineering, solutions architecture, quality engineering, DevOps, and Agile operations. With more than 20 years of experience in technology, data, enterprise IT agility, software development and delivery, Greg has extensive leadership and execution expertise around strategic business and technology transformation with both mid-size and large enterprise organizations. Prior to joining Onlife in 2017, Greg held multiple leadership roles. At Nissan North America, he led big data and advanced analytics initiatives, and at Education Networks of America, he served as senior director of technology, leading enterprise delivery of data, analytics, software & systems engineering technology products. Greg has a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University. He also holds multiple technology certifications and is active in the Nashville technology community.
As the senior manager of clinical services, Brenda provides oversight and guidance for Onlife’s coaching and clinical programs. Brenda manages four teams in Onlife’s Client Engagement Center and is responsible for the training and development of health coaches in clinical and behavioral change, implementation of chronic condition support programs, accreditation compliance and Quality Assessment. Brenda has been with Onlife Health since 2013, starting as a seasonal health coach. A registered nurse (RN), Brenda also has a master’s degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Public Health degree. She is also a certified exercise physiologist (C-EP) through the American College of Sports Medicine, a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and has completed the Case Management/Care Coordination program through the University of Southern Indiana College of Nursing and Health Professions.
With more than 15 years of experience in the IT, healthcare and financial sectors, Tammy leads Onlife’s Client Engagement Center, a comprehensive and multichannel system of customer service and support. Tammy has a full portfolio of experience as a management consultant, leading multiple projects for several Fortune 500 companies, including omnichannel and digital strategy initiatives. Before joining Onlife, Tammy led the development and operation program ownership as a senior technical product manager for a multi-billion-dollar project at T-Mobile, specifically managing unification of their digital payment platform. In addition to her various project management and technology certifications, Tammy has an MBA degree with an emphasis on project management from New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wesleyan.
With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Dan is responsible for leading and managing product strategy for GuideWell’s portfolio of consumer engagement companies, including Onlife Health. Dan joined the GuideWell family of companies after spending several years in the startup world, creating innovative solutions in telemedicine and fertility benefits. Prior to that, he served in a succession of demanding strategy, operations, and financial roles at Emblem Health, Cigna, Goldman Sachs, Prudential, and Cayuga Medical Center. His experiences and leadership in developing solutions around payer and provider administration, consumer experience, care access, population health management, and healthcare investment banking, have furnished him with exceptional insights and a deep understanding of how to improve the delivery of healthcare services. Dan received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University and a Masters of Business Administration from Cornell University’s Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management.
Steve joined Onlife Health in 2012 as director of sales and market operations. In his current position, Steve oversees contract management, negotiations and vendor management. He also provides leadership for enterprise planning and execution, driving operational improvements and efficiency gains as well as URAC and NCQA accreditation. Steve came to Onlife Health from Healthways, where he worked in the areas of client finance support, reporting improvement, product development, pricing, and sales support. At Healthways, he served as pricing leader, senior director of reporting process improvement, and senior director of finance, where he supported a business unit producing over $100 million in annual revenue. Steve has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Belmont University and is a certified public accountant.
