Onlife Health Earns URAC Comprehensive Wellness Re-Accrediation

Brentwood, Tenn., February 26, 2015—Onlife Health, a national wellness company dedicated to helping more than 10 million covered members achieve healthier lifestyles, announced that it has earned the Comprehensive Wellness Accreditation from URAC, a Washington, D.C.-based healthcare accrediting organization that establishes quality, education, and measurement standards for the healthcare industry.

"Earning our third consecutive URAC Comprehensive Wellness Accreditation is validation of our continuing commitment to quality, and our accountability to customers and plan members," said Danny Timblin, president and CEO of Onlife Health. "The Onlife team is to be commended for again meeting URAC's rigorous standards for comprehensive wellness providers. This is a recognized standard of excellence by employers, health plans, purchasers, providers, and regulators, and I am proud to be part of a team dedicated to transforming lives, improving outcomes, and reducing healthcare costs."

URAC's Comprehensive Wellness Accreditation program requires organizations to employ sound business and evidence-based practices in designing and delivering health and wellness solutions. From initial enrollment, to program evaluation and outcomes, URAC's standards and measurements address the aspects of wellness programs necessary to improve and sustain employee health. Accreditation ensures that members are provided with wellness programs that have been reviewed and meet important consumer protection standards.

"We applaud Onlife Health on achieving URAC Comprehensive Wellness Accreditation," said URAC President and CEO Kylanne Green. "In today's healthcare market, URAC accreditation provides a mark of distinction for organizations to demonstrate their commitment to quality healthcare."
