Onlife Health and HealthTrust, Inc. Observe 10-Year Partnership

Brentwood, Tenn., Oct. 20, 2016—Onlife Health, a leading population health management company and HealthTrust, Inc., an employee-benefits pool serving groups throughout New Hampshire are marking 10 years of working together to bring health and wellness services to over 45,000 public sector plan members. In a competitive marketplace with high rates of churn in wellness providers, the companies have consistently attained positive returns on investment, favorable trends in controlling healthcare costs, and improvements in engagement and quality of life for members of the 300+ groups for which HealthTrust provides medical and other benefits coverage.

Since 2007, the companies have teamed to deploy programs and health promotion services to member-group employees, retirees, spouses and eligible dependents. Included in HealthTrust’s Slice of Life program are health assessments, biometric screenings, health coaching, incentives management, and personalized member portals delivering rich content, interactive resources, activity tracking and more to plan members. Participants earn points and cash rewards for engaging in the program.

“For decades, we have been true to our mission: to provide high quality, cost-effective employee benefit products and services for public employers and employees in New Hampshire,” said Scott Weden, benefits and wellness manager at HealthTrust. “Onlife has been a great partner in recognizing our objectives and fashioning products and services to help enrollees and retirees live healthier, more productive lives while reducing claims.”

“We are proud to earn the business of HealthTrust and serve their discerning member groups throughout New Hampshire,” said Danny Timblin, president and CEO of Onlife Health. “The Slice of Life program has been successful in boosting the health and morale of enrollees, reducing absenteeism, and helping members become better consumers of healthcare services. We look forward to the next 10 years.”
